Control Design magazine recently asked machine builders and system integrators to name the companies that have the best technology value for products with which they have experience. These surveys are done without names or product brands to choose from, so readers must write in the name they wish to vote for.

In the category of industrial electric motors, Baldor and ABB received a record 49% of the vote – the tenth year in a row Baldor has been recognized in this category!

And for the first time, Control Design included gear reducers in their survey. We are excited to see Baldor’s Dodge gear products nearly tied for first place!

We are honored that customers voted for us in these 2012 Readers’ Choice Awards, but we also know we must continue to earn that recognition, each and every day.
