Visit Baldor at the Aggregates Academy & EXPO
Visit the Baldor Booth (2045) at AGG1 Academy and Expo to see new products designed and engineered for the aggregate industry.
Baldor will be introducing the Baldor-Dodge® MAXUM® XTR Reducer at this year’s EXPO. This compact, power-dense concentric reducer has torque ratings size for size higher than any of our competitors. The ratings are across 9 cases sizes with ratings from 9.8K to 575K in-lbs of torque. This rugged-duty reducer is manufactured in accordance with AGMA standards for gear quality and bearing life, designed for long lasting service in harsh conditions.
We’ll also be showcasing our new full line of the Baldor-Dodge Motorized Torque Arm II® (MTA) gear reducers. With a full range of seven sizes, from 3 to 100HP, the MTA is available as either a C-face reducer or C-face gearmotor. MTA is an adaptation of the Dodge TAII shaft mounted reducer, but in a right angle ‘beltless’ design. Like the Maxum XTR, the MTA is also manufactured to AGMA standards for gear quality and bearing life. This is a great new product that is gaining wide acceptance in many industries, including aggregate and cement.
A new roller bearing, the Baldor-Dodge Type EXL, will also be featured in the booth. The Type E is a solid performer in aggregate applications and now the ‘EXL’ is designed to offer plant managers higher ratings with expansion/non-expansion, self-aligning capabilities and superior seals, all in a split housed pillow block with the same standard Type E mounting dimensions.
We’re looking forward to seeing you at the AGG1 Expo and telling you more about how Baldor products, with their industry-driven designs and technology, can help your plant achieve greater uptime with less maintenance.
