Chad Brown has held various positions in the Small AC motor group and Gearing group since joining Baldor in 2003. His current position is Product Manager for QUANTIS® and TIGEAR-2® gearing product lines. Prior to joining Baldor, Chad worked in the steel industry for 8 years. He has a BSME from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from Clemson University.
Kay Cabaniss
Industry Business Manager, Energy Efficiency Team

Kay Cabaniss has over 24 years of experience in the motor and mechanical power transmission industry. Over the years, Kay has served in different marketing and sales roles within the company. For the past 4 years, she has held the role of Industry Business Manager for the Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical industry. In this role, she is responsible for directing a team of Account Managers and Engineers to gain specification for Baldor products at key user accounts. Kay has recently been named the Industry Business Manager for the newly formed Energy Efficiency team. In this role, Kay will be responsible for building and leading a team to drive accelerated growth of ABB, Baldor, and Dodge products by providing energy savings and lower total cost of ownership to our customers.
