Transportation To and From Class Location:
Air transportation to and from Baldor (Baldor, Baldor-Dodge or Baldor-Reliance) workshops will be the responsibility of the participant. Following arrival for the workshop, Baldor will provide hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and workshop materials. You will receive confirmation 30 days out. Please do not book your airfare until this date.

Scholarship Participants:
Scholarships cover airfare in addition to the hotel accommodations, meals, ground transportation and workshop materials normally provided. A scholarship number must be provided before airfare will be purchased for the student. If a scholarship student cancels, they will be responsible for any airfare charges that are incurred.

Registration:
Prior to registering for any Baldor Dodge Reliance workshop, verify class dates by contacting your Baldor Reliance District Office, Baldor Dodge Field Sales Engineer, or by checking Baldor’s website www.baldor.com/support/custedu.asp. Registration forms for all workshops are found on the website. One form per participant should be completed and submitted no later than 21 days prior to the start date of the desired workshop. The preferred and most efficient method is through the website www.baldor.com/support/custedu.asp.

Confirmation:
Workshop confirmation will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. Hotel confirmation will be sent prior to the workshop, and if applicable, electronic airline tickets will be sent also. Any travel request changes must go through the Baldor Travel department at Ph: 855-798-2422

Cancellations:
By Baldor - Workshop dates are subject to change based on participation and notification of cancellation will be made 21 days prior to workshop date.

By Participant - Cancellations must be made in writing 21 days prior to the workshop date and is subject to the airfare fee if a scholarship participant.

Accomodations:
Persons with special dietary or physical requirements are asked to note so in the sections below. Please note your hotel room preference as to smoking or non-smoking in the "Additional Comment or Information" section.

Plant Tours:
With each workshop, you will have the opportunity to tour Baldor's world-class manufacturing facilities. You will see first hand our flexible manufacturing capabilities and product testing methods. Closed toed shoes are required.

Workshop Locations:
Workshops will be held at Baldor World Headquarters in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Greenville, South Carolina, and Oshkosh, Wisconsin, unless otherwise indicated.
