Baldor offers a complete range of HMI panels (LDC, color, and touch screen) with intuitive programming interface that are compatable Baldor's wide range of motion controllers and intelligent drives to compliment and complete the automation solution.

The HMI panels can interface either over the serial port (RS232) or CANopen port by means of a plug in option. The panels are compatible with Baldor's range of motion controllers and intelligent drives including the NextMove ESB, NextMove ES and MintDrive.

Applications are built using the powerful Windows front end that provides a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

Operator Panel: KPD-KG420-20

The KPD-KG420-20 is a compact HMI aimed at low cost applications.

The KPD-TS05M-10 is monochrome while the KPD-TS05M-10 offers full color STN.

BaldorCAN Keypads

The BaldorCAN keypads operate over the BaldorCAN bus. Unlike the Baldor HMI Panels, the BaldorCAN keypads are simple text displays that are programmed direct from the motion controller. A set of Mint commands can be used in the Mint application to control what is shown on the LCD display. The keypad can be read directly within a Mint program.

		The KPD002-501 is ideally suited for 3 axis applications. Programmable function keys above and below the LCD display allow menus to be easily created. The KPD002-501 operates over the BaldorCAN bus.
