Baldor H2 Drives Overview
Baldor's
line of H2 controls consists of V/Hz,
Encoderless vector, and Closed Loop vector. The H2 controls are a continuance
of our H-series that provided one harmonized
keypad, similar programming and one size fits
all expansion boards for all controls. Once the
programming was learned for one type of control
the remaining programmed the same. Keeping with
that “Ease of Use”, the H2 was created.
The H2 boasts of more powerful processor with
tons of more options. Pre-loaded applications
and a Quick Setup procedure provides fast setup.
The Adaptive tuninig feature makes certain that
as your application changes, the drive will adjust
its parameters as well. We’ve also added
a computer interface, called Mint Workbench,
if you require a more advanced setup.

Baldor's new H2 Inverter drive offers open loop speed control in one easy to use package: V/Hz mode for multiple motors or Encoderless Vector for higher performance all in one package. V/Hz mode allow out of the box setup and operation. Used for a variety of applications that require adjustable speed operation and good speed regulation including pumps, fans and general machinery applications. V/Hz is the control method of choice for applications where multiple motors are operated simultaneously from one motor control. |

H2 Washdown Inverter Drive
Baldor's new H2 Washdown Inverter drive offers open loop speed control in one easy to use NEMA 4x/IP65 package: V/Hz mode for multiple motors or Encoderless Vector for higher performance all in one package. The Easy to Use keypad is integrated into the cover in order to prevent “voids” whereby food or other contaminants can collect. V/Hz mode allow out of the box setup and operation. Used for a variety of applications that require adjustable speed operation and good speed regulation including pumps, fans and general machinery applications. V/Hz is the control method of choice for applications where multiple motors are operated simultaneously from one motor control. |

H2 Vector Drive
Baldor’s new line of H2 Vector Drives provides the ultimate control of AC induction motors. Using a motor mounted encoder, or similar feedback sensor, the control is able to precisely control motor torque and speed. Full torque at zero speed, ability to directly command motor torque, tight speed regulation and high-speed motor operation are all available. Setup is easily accomplished using the one touch rotational or stationary autotune feature. But the control doesn’t stop there, adaptive tuning will also automatically adjust the control loop while the motor is running. |
