As Product Manager for Baldor-Dodge Couplings, Matthew is responsible for developing global marketing strategies for the elastomeric and metallic coupling business, while also managing business development and new product development activities. He is an active member of the Hydraulic Institute, a non-profit trade association for the pumping industry, where he is the chairman of the coupling technical committee. Matthew holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and minor in business from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
