"I have grown up in the Baldor family after joining the company nearly 30 years ago. During that time many things have changed including our size, footprint and product mix. But one thing that hasn’t changed is a culture that is truly unique and special.
At Baldor, our first job is to take care of our customers. We want to be easy to do business with, and add more value for our customers than any other supplier. But another important part of each person’s job at Baldor is to live the Baldor culture and be a teacher and protector of it. We define culture as “the way we do things around here”, and it is based on customer focus, mutual trust, respect, integrity and teamwork.
