Chemical Processing Magazine Readers Choose Baldor•Reliance® Motors as Top Choice

This year editors at Chemical Processing Magazine asked readers to name their favorite technology provider in 47 different categories. While each category was listed, the magazine did not provide a pre-selected list of companies to choose from; instead, respondents had to enter the name of the technology provider in a blank text box.

In the motors category Baldor•Reliance motors were the overwhelming favorite, considered the technology leader by 50% of the readers. Siemens was a distant second with 11%, followed by a tie at 7% between GE and Emerson.

On the drives side, ABB drives placed second with 21% of the vote right behind Rockwell-Automation with 25%.
