Dividends
Baldor's dividend policy is to periodically increase dividends as earnings
and financial strength warrant, but also to reinvest a major portion of earnings
to help finance growth opportunities. The objective is for shareholders to
obtain dividend increases over time, while also participating in the growth
of the Company.
